Tuesday 3rd July, Day 134 of the World Expeditions Great Himalaya Trail, by trek leader Bir Singh
Because of airport closure at Rara the group flew in 1 day late to Jumla. The groups all met up on 29th June.
We have been extremely lucky with the weather, but the rainy season is now beginning with some rain in the last few days.
The group have covered quite a few long days over the last week. Although relatively close to the finish of the full traverse the group are not really thinking about the end yet.
Yesterday we lost a load into the river when a donkey fell (the donkey is ok!) but we lost a tent and a few other items but have spares so not a problem.
Everyone is in good spirits.
